Question 1

What is NNH AI Studio?

Accepted Answer

NNH AI Studio is a tool for managing your Google Business Profile. It connects to your profile, drafts replies to your Google reviews, suggests Google posts, and shows how your profile performs. It is built for venues in the UAE and works in Arabic and English.

Question 2

What can I do with it?

Accepted Answer

You can reply to Google reviews with AI-drafted responses, draft Google posts to publish after your approval, see how your profile performs (views, searches, calls, directions and search terms), and check how complete your profile is, with suggestions to improve it.

Question 3

Who is it built for?

Accepted Answer

It is built for venues in the UAE, such as restaurants, cafes and salons, that rely on Google to be found and chosen. If you manage a Google Business Profile, you can use it.

Question 4

Does NNH AI Studio support Arabic review replies?

Accepted Answer

Yes, fully. The AI understands Modern Standard Arabic as well as Gulf dialects and mixed Arabic-English reviews. It drafts natural, polite responses tailored to UAE hospitality standards and your venue's personality.

Question 5

What does the AI assistant do?

Accepted Answer

Each location has its own AI assistant that you can ask about your reviews and your profile. It has a monthly message quota: 20 messages a month on the Free plan, and unlimited on Pro.

Question 6

How does connecting Google work and what access do you get?

Accepted Answer

You connect with one click using Google's official OAuth flow. We request standard permissions to manage your Google Business Profile (reviews, posts, photos, profile details, and performance insights). We never see or store your Google password, and you can revoke access at any time from your Google account.

Question 7

Are review replies published automatically to Google?

Accepted Answer

No, by default you approve every reply before it is published. The AI generates a suggested draft in Arabic and English matching your venue's tone, and it only goes live on Google when you click approve. On the Pro plan, you can optionally enable auto-reply for 4 and 5-star reviews while keeping 1 to 3-star reviews for manual review.

Question 8

Is anything posted to Google without my approval?

Accepted Answer

No. Review replies and posts stay drafts until you approve them. The only exception is the optional auto-reply on the Pro plan, which you turn on yourself and which applies to 4 and 5-star reviews only.

Question 9

Is my Google account safe?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We use Google's official Business Profile APIs. All OAuth access tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256 encryption. We never access your personal emails, passwords, or unrelated services, and you can disconnect your account at any moment.

Question 10

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Your data remains safe. If you downgrade to the Free plan, locations beyond your plan allowance are paused, but your past reviews, drafts, and profile history are kept securely so you can resume whenever you are ready.

Question 11

What is included in the Free plan?

Accepted Answer

The Free plan includes 1 Google Business Profile location and 15 AI-drafted review replies every month, along with profile updates, photo uploads, and performance insights. No credit card is required to sign up.

Question 12

How does pricing per location work?

Accepted Answer

Our Pro plan is $19/month for your first location, and $12/month for each additional location you manage. You can add or remove locations at any time with prorated billing directly from your dashboard.

Question 13

What is the Agency plan?

Accepted Answer
